Daniel T. Johnson

Dan Johnson's practice is focused in the areas of real property transactions and general business and corporate law. He has been a member of the firm since 1980 and is now a a partner.

Mr. Johnson earned his undergraduate degree in economics at the University of California, Los Angeles. He concurrently obtained a Juris Doctor Degree and Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California Law School its Graduate School of Business. Mr. Johnson has been admitted to practice in the Central District of the U.S. District Court and in all other courts within the State of California.

He is a past member of the City of Palm Springs Economic Development Commission, and also served on the Palm Springs Golden Anniversary Commission appointed to commemorate the city's 50th anniversary of incorporation. In addition to being actively involved in the Palm Springs Church of Christ, Mr. Johnson serves as a Director for the Palm Springs Downtown Improvement District, is a Board Trustee for the Loma Linda Ronald McDonald House and a former President of the Desert Bar Association.
