Attorney Daniel T. Johnson has been a member of Schlecht, Shevlin & Shoenberger, A Law Corporation, since 1980. He has served as the firm's Managing Shareholder for more than 15 years. Mr. Johnson's practice extends primarily to real estate purchase and sale transactions, commercial and ground leasing, subdivision processing, real property secured financing, and general business transactions and litigation. Education and Bar Admissions
Mr. Johnson earned his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1976. He also holds both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration, degrees he earned concurrently from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and Marshall School of Business. Mr. Johnson has been admitted to practice law in all state courts in California as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
